We can develop line managers to improve their management techniques through support, guidance and training. We can also support your compliance/legislation needs by working up resources such as Staff Handbooks, Job Descriptions, HR Policies, recruitment guides etc. 
  • Finance review – We can take a “hands off” review of your business and identify any areas of cost saving or value for money. Ardor will work with you to identify efficiencies in your business to help save time/money. You may be aware that a specific area of your business is costing more than expected, but you don’t have the time to investigate – let Ardor do the investigation for you!
